Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, but you must provide us with written notice before the deadline expires. The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

1.1 When returning the product(s), they must be in the same condition as when received. For a full refund, the product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. Vanward will issue a refund once the item(s) have been received.

1.2 Shipping costs and any administration fees are the responsibility of the customer.

1.3 Returns do not apply to registration-required products. Please refer to the separate terms and conditions outlined below.

1.4 The customer assumes the risk for damages incurred during return transport.

1.5 Items should not be returned via COD (cash on delivery). If items are returned to us via COD, they will not be collected.

1. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of stock from our suppliers.

Furthermore, § 15 of the Consumer Rights Act applies.
