Shipping policy
Delivery
6.2 For orders paid in advance or by invoice, the order will be shipped when the payment is visible in our systems (or "visible in our account").
6.3 For payments made with Klarna or credit card, the item will be shipped immediately when it is in stock (and any necessary licenses have been received).
6.4 If ordered items are out of stock or cannot be obtained within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel parts or all of the order.

Returns of items purchased from Vanward AS must be arranged with us before the item is returned. If the item(s) are approved for return and are received unused and in their original packaging, we will provide a full refund. This requires that the customer has submitted a withdrawal form within 14 days after receiving the item. If the item(s) have been removed from their original packaging, used, or have otherwise lost their resale value, a minimum of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted. This is further agreed upon between the customer and Vanward.

For unclaimed packages, the customer will be charged a fee of NOK 320,- plus postal fees for the unclaimed item to cover our costs associated with the breach of the agreement.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct invoice and delivery address is provided, and that the correct item(s) confirmed by Vanward AS match the ordered products. If any errors are detected in the order, Vanward AS must be notified immediately. Vanward AS is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from deficiencies unless the loss is caused by gross negligence or intent on our part.
